Second in-store purchase and very pleased with the help of Georgiana and Shanice. They give you space to roam and explore, but give ideas along the way and the most important bit of information - the warranty on mattresses. Very happy with our first purchase and waiting excitedly for the second delivery to arrive!

Helpful staff
Helpful staff, knowledgeable about mattresses and beds. Friendly. Quick delivery slot. Delivery personnel efficient, delivered to room required, asked if we wanted wrapping on mattress removed, and disposed of, explained about mattress corner protection, even explained how ottoman bed worked and safety procedures even though it wasn’t a Bensons bed frame. Good experience.

A brilliant service in store,from the moment we walked in. Great knowledge, didnt feel pressured at all. All options were shared with us and pros and cons explained. Able to try the beds and see some of the headboard options on tablet if they werent in store. Would recommend this company

Georgi the customer sleep expert was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed, felt at ease trying out the mattresses and felt all my questions were answered fully. I also did not feel pressurised in making a purchase which is important.
