A brilliant service, could not fault anything
A brilliant service in store,from the moment we walked in. Great knowledge, didnt feel pressured at all. All options were shared with us and pros and cons explained. Able to try the beds and see some of the headboard options on tablet if they werent in store. Would recommend this company

Georgi the customer sleep expert was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed, felt at ease trying out the mattresses and felt all my questions were answered fully. I also did not feel pressurised in making a purchase which is important.

Exceptional Customer Service
Impeccable customer service, good product advice and multiple options to choose from. Georgi & Lee were friendly and patient. Professionally knowledgeable with Benson for Beds products.
Georgi took time to understand my daughter's needs and offered bespoke service. This is the third bed I've bought from yourselves, l would surely recommend Benson for Beds.

Excellent service from the Dartford store
From the minute I walked through the door of the Dartford store the sales person, Shanice, was so friendly & helpful without being pushy! All the charges were made clear so that I could make an informed decision. I had just had to cancel an order with the bed shop over the road for trying to 'con' me! so this was really refreshing.
