The staff in the shop were helpful and they had great knowledge of the products. A member of staff helped me select the correct mattress to suit me. They even gave me a better pillow so that I could try the mattress the way I tend to sleep. The frame I selected was available for delivery within about 3 weeks. The delivery team kept me informed on when my bed was arriving, and knowing the time slot it would be delivered in was very useful. I would highly recommend great customer service

On entering your Dunee store we were greeted by Iain, an extremely friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. As we were in for a new mattress for our granddaughters bed, Iain showed us a great selection of current stock and explained the subtle differences before leaving us to deliberate our choices. We settled on an Eve mattress and then Iain explained about the 20% off everything if you spend over £750 we then proceeded to go through choosing and trying different pillows from the great selection available. In the end we settled on An Eve mattress, 2 pillows, a mattress protector and also with Iain explaining about your 5 year bed guard care and protection service plan, we also took that out. All in all we recieved a fantastic 5* customer service from Iain from start to finish. A real credit to your company and this customer service is one of the main factors we return time after time to Bensons For Beds Dundee for all our Beds.

We went into store to buy a childrens high sleeper bed, and was shocked that there are no childrens beds in store, you have to order online.
I am not a person who goes online like a lot of people so come on Bensons lead the way and start getting childrens beds in store so people like me can view them before buying. I would like to say that the staff instore were
amazing.

Should have bought the igel the first time but got a Staples and it was rubbish. Igel was expensive but worth every penny

Only fault was card machine not charging and made difficult and slow

Angus was very helpful throughout our visit, not only giving us helpful advice on which bed/mattress we might consider but also accommodating our young son who was not excited to be bed shopping

I had done some research before going to Bensons so I had a good idea of the mattress I was looking for. The salesperson Bobby listened carefully and found exactly the right product , I needed to confirm a delivery date before buying so told Bobby I would ring back to confirm the purchase.
On leaving the store I noticed an offer which I hadn’t been told about…if I spent a little more I would get 10% off everything.
When I did ring back and explain I would like to take advantage of the offer, Bobby listened carefully again and with team back up he got a great deal for me.

Iain who helped us was not pushy at all, he was very helpful and insightful at helping us see/feel the difference between mattresses and pillow combinations. He answered any questions we had and ensured that we were happy with our decision. We bought our last mattress from Bensons which has lasted us 15 years and it’s still comfortable but needing replaced. We have bought an expensive mattress but it’s absolutely worth it as they last for years! We would use Bensons again in future.

Excellent experience , went for a mattress only but came out with a wardrobe as well.
