A really pleasant experience.
On visiting the showroom in Falkirk we were served by a very pleasant and knowledgable young man. There was a very good selection of beds on display and we were able to take our time before we made our purchase. Our bed was delivered on schedule by Vince and Anna a lovely couple who built the bed and then explained how the bed reclined etc. Upon completion they took all the packaging away with them. The following morning another two representatives from Bensons delivered the headboard, pillows and again they were polite and respective of our house. From start to finish my wife and I have been highly impressed by the high quality of service displayed by everyone associated to this company. I should add the bed itself is really comfortable and is helping my wife’s sore back. After a few nights she tried the mattress at different angles until she found one that suits best. The mattress selected was firm and this too is suiting us both. Money well spent.

Great service from sales to delivery
I saw a divan base on the website and went into a branch to see the colour options in person. The salesman knew the location of the base I described immediately and showed me the colour options. I purchased there and then and was surprised at how quickly he could arrange for it to be delivered (much quicker than the estimate online). Everything was explained at the point of sale, with email confirmation of delivery date and options to change this, if required.
Further emails were sent when the delivery window was confirmed and the tracking link allowed me to follow the progress of the delivery team on the day. A phone call beforehand gave me their exact ETA and they arrived at the very start of the 2 hour delivery window, putting my products exactly where I wanted them. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the entire Benson’s team

Amazing Service
Service was amazing and I really felt I was listened to. I was in awe of the bed that measured my pressure points to determine what type of mattress firmness I required to help with my sore back. And the pillow!!! Wow! I bought 2!!

Neil was very helpful and thorough
Neil was very helpful and thorough. He welcomed us on arrival, and asked if we needed help. We explained what we were looking for, and Neil took us to the bed machine. He then took us around multiple beds, with great explanation. We hadn’t planned on buying a new mattress on that day, but were happy with the customer service and the product we found. The sale wasn’t pushy and we felt happy.

Great products and customer service
Ordered two beds after being helped in store to find the products which would best suit me and my family.
Was moving house so company arranged to deliver to my new address a couple of days after we moved in.
All went without a hitch and very satisfied with the beds and mattresses.
