I had a good experience at the Farnborough store. First time I visited I went on their sleep machine and was advised by Alex, in depth, about the type of mattress that would be good for me. I fell in love with one but wasnt sure I was ready to commit to the price and I hate finance. Alex wasnt pushy and didn't make me feel like I'd wasted his time.
I then spent a couple of months online shopping for one but didn't want to commit to something I had never laid on and couldn't stop thinking about the Bensons igel.
I went back to lay on it again and long story short, I ended up buying it. The staff are not pushy and are very knowledgable about their products. The second trip Zarod and Chris answered all my questions and Alex remembered me from before.
I never write reviews like this and it feels so cringe, but it was a good experience from start to finish and I now have a comfy mattress for the first time in years!
P.S. the delivery drivers were really friendly (Matt Henning and unfortunately can't remember the other name)

Fabulous experience from start to finish
Fabulous! Excellent service, really kind and helpful store staff, easy ordering process. Everything was explained, and we got a great deal on a really wonderful bed. The delivery set up and removal of the old mattress could not have been easier. Highly recommend this shop!

Brought two Matresses from Benson for…
Brought two Matresses from Benson for Beds in Farnborough mead today Sun 28/9/25.
A customer Advisor called Navid asked if he could assist I explained i was looking for two new Mattresses for my daughters Navid was very helpful and polite.
He showed us around the different brands of beds, explained the positives and negatives.
My daughters tried various mattresses and finally decided on Memory foam eve hybrid they felt were best for them.
Very happy with our purchase and they were in the sale plus a added 10 percent plus 6% from the blue light card.

Naveed helped us on Tuesday 2nd September he was so helpful and showed us the beds that we were wanting with an ottoman and when it came to the mattress he was so informative as my husband has a bad back and made sure we were happy with the purchase by us spending some time double checking on and laying on the mattresses.

In-store experience was great, downhill from there
Kept asking me for a review, so here it is.
In-store experience was great, however it went downhill from there. Still awaiting a call back from customer success management regarding the complaint I put in a couple weeks ago.
The only reason it's a two star and not 1 is because of the in store service at Farnborough, no issue there, but I suppose that is before they had my money.
- Edited to add after Benson's reply below. Unsure why Im the one who needs to follow up and chase the company. that's half the reason the complaint was requested in the first place.
12/02025 editing to add that I'm still awaiting a call back from my complaint. Avoid, I for sure won't be using then again.
