Positive Experience …
Excellent customer service from the staff at Fleetwood location (special mention to Kath, who was very helpful and patient). Received plenty of emails/text messages from the company (but not too many!) kept up to date on everything that was happening. Delivery on 21.10.26 went smoothly, very prompt and on time. Helpful and friendly delivery staff, can't fault anything and I apologise but I can't remember their names. Really happy with the bed, very comfortable and worth every penny.

Kath was lovely to deal with. Everything explained to us very clearly and we knew when the product would be delivered. The delivery service excellent as well. Couldn’t fault anything. Would certainly deal with this Company again.

Great customer service in store, went in 4 times with mum and dad, then daughter, SIL and granddaughter before choosing our products. Every time they amended our quote to reflect the changes in choices, no bother. Very impressed.
