Damien was a delight. Friendly, informative, knowledgeable, patient! We went in for one bed and finished up buying two, plus pillows. Delivery is going to be very quick and the old mattresses will be taken away. The whole buying experience was perfect.

Great service and product knowledge.
Damian was really friendly and helpful. He had good product knowledge and wasn’t a pushy salesperson. The store was clean and tidy and well organised. There was no pressure to buy immediately and we were given plenty of time to try out the beds we were interested in. All questions we had were answered.

This would be a 5 star but as soon as we walked in they pounced on us. I prefer just to have a look around on my own rather than being told what to buy. Luckily the guys shift ended so me and my fiancé could finally have a look around without being asked many questions. When we found a mattress another guy actually ended up making it cheaper for us and we even got more benefits so that was brilliant!

The sales assistant
The sales assistant, Samantha (Folkestone Park Farm Estate Branch) was excellent. She encouraged me to try several options of bed, and take my time deciding. She let me know that although the sale finished the following day, the store would be open late. This gave me the night to think about it. She also had experience of the mattress I chose, so could give me a realistic opinion on this from her point of view.
I felt no pressure to buy, but felt her expertise and manner encouraged me to make the purchase I made. For an item such as a good quality 10 year mattress, you want to get it right, and I felt she really assisted me with this; plus the finance options available. Great customer service!

My delivery was brilliant.
My only negative part of the whole purchase was that the wrong price was displayed for our mattress which made our total more than we were expecting. The price displayed was for a normal mattress when the mattress on display was a zip and link which is what we wanted. This felt like false advertising.
