Checked out the beds in Gateshead store . Then bought a tv bed and eve mattress. Having the best night's sleep and entertainment through the tv bed.its just to good to go to sleep after connecting xbox to it

We felt a bit overwhelmed when we went into the store, the bed specialist came over to quickly for my liking as we hadn’t had chance to look around. But I have to say he turned it around and gave us lots of information about what would be right for us, and to be honest he was a very informative person and helped us to get to a decision on which bed we needed to buy.

Angela was very knowledgeable about the products and listened carefully to our requirements. She explained the features of each product really well and gave us lots of options to consider before making our choice. Angela was friendly and cheerful and it was a good purchasing experience.

Brilliant service from Paul at the metrocentre and his colleague Neil. We bought two mattress for teenage daughters and both Paul and Neil were super helpful and knew a tonne of information on the mattresses. We weren't pushed into buying more expensive mattress for the sake of it. Hopefully the delivery and longevity of the mattress will further support Benson for beds service. Which so far as been fantastic.
