Good Customer Service, Poor Mattress
Customer service was good. Zak the sales rep was very knowledgeable. However, the 2 stars is for the mattress; the eve pure memory mattress (king size, firm) flatters to deceive as a firm mattress. When tested in store and for the first 3 weeks, all seemed well. But after this, we’re finding we are getting back aches without regular rotation, and the mattress seems depressed where we lay. Not sure how long it will hold up, and the edges are not supportive at all. I would not recommend this mattress if you are after a supportive, firm mattress.

Friendly, helpful and easy process
The ladies in the shop were really helpful and friendly. Wanted to help me and took me straight to the mattress that I ended up buying. I was short on time so wasn't expecting to buy one or for it to be so easy.

Odette in your Gillingham shop knew exactly the mattress we needed, she was very helpful and friendly.
Delivery of our mattress was on time and date stated, Delivery men were friendly and took our old mattress with no fuss and positioned our new mattress in a professional manner.

The sales man was lovely, not at all pushy, didn’t follow us around. Gave us the info we were after then left us to get on with it. Can’t stand pushy sales people personally it makes me leave out of principle. He was down to earth and had a laugh with us too. I think he was called Zored/Zared ?

Delivery of bed
We were very happy with the delivery and the guys were very helpful. The delivery itself was just a bit earlier than we were told it would be which was absolutely fine.

They know what they are doing. No high-pressure selling, gave us all the time in the world to try out as many beds as we liked, and we did! The supply and delivery were exactly as scheduled, and the delivery staff were friendly and professional.

Our Bensons experience
Our sales advisor was very patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. She explained the ordering process and was able to get delivery within a few days of us placing the order.
The delivery process was very slick and we were kept informed throughout. The delivery guys were very friendly and respectful of our order and our property.
Would definitely recommend and will use again in future.

What a great experience at Bensons
Showroom was bright and laid out well with wonderful display of beds and headboards and beautiful carpet underfoot. Sales assistant (Kelsy) was very friendly, professional but not pushy and answered all our questions. Finally our order was completed efficiently and everything explained about delivery. All in all a great experience.
