To be honest cannot fault the service, politeness, helpful and gave a 2 hour time slot when to be delivered, phoned me 30 minutes before delivery, to let me know on their way, and they have been in touch since to check all is good, a rarity nowadays

Salesman who was a regional manager was great.
Allowed me to browse and pick the mattress that was most suitable for me without too much interference but with support. Gave me information on each mattress and was friendly throughout.

What an amazing shopping experience…
What an amazing shopping experience this was. The young lady who was running the shop was so helpful and gave a lot of advice and assistance…but did leave us alone to wander. When we had decided the rest of the process was very smooth and quick.
The delivery was, exactly as expected, I was kept informed every step of the way. The delivery guys were efficient and polite, in fact they even put over shoes on when they came into our home.

Odette was absolutely amazing. She made my appointment so much fun. She had fantastic product knowledge and was able to help me get the perfect bed for my spare room. She listened to all my needs and met them perfectly. It really was a fantastic experience and I would 100% go back and purchase any household furniture I needed. The service was second to none!

Brilliant Service
Brilliant service from the help we got in the Gillingham branch, the lady who helped and was extremely patient throughout. We wanted to purchase with her because of how helpful she was but only went online as we didn’t have to pay a deposit! Once ordered online, we were kept up to date from start to finish and service was spot on! Driver gave me a call 45/60 mins before they arrived and were polite and helpful when this was dropped off.
