Fantastic experience
Let me just start by stating that my wife always walks away when salesman are pushy. Today we saw Lee in the Grimsby branch. He was the opposite of pushy but was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us. It was a fantastic experience with Lee guiding us through our choice, with lots of laughing along the way. Lee made the whole experience great, very relaxed not pushy, explained everything that was relevant and avoided what wasn’t.
Overall very pleased with purchases although still awaiting delivery as we needed more time to get room ready. But this was not a problem, Lee made it all seem so easy. Refreshing.
