Fantastic experience start to finish! Could not recommend Bensons more! from the moment we walked into Grimsbys bensons store we were completely taken care of, Martin was super knowledgable and such a friendly lovely guy, we had been to a different well known bed store and they did not treat us with half the excellent service Martin did. He helped us with deciding the perfect mattress for us with absolutely zero pressure, the whole experience was very enjoyable and we are so happy with the choice we decided on (our first time buying a mattress & Martin completely took away the overwhelm and helped us make the perfect choice)
Also a special thanks to the delivery team, the whole process was super efficient , the bed was delivered on the specified date and full updates were given at every moment. The delivery team even came in and took it to our room, took their shoes off at the door too (which went a long way haha!) and was super friendly and helpful.
The mattress and pillows we’ve bought are fantastic and we keep saying it feels like we’re in a luxury hotel bed! Already feeling the benefits of investing in a high quality mattress and pillows as aches and pains are fading and waking up in the night randomly has completely stopped! thank you so much!!

Adrian was very helpful with advising us of everything we were interested in. We feel he was friendly and was prepared to go out of his way to assist us. We only came away with a pillow on this occasion but will be back again when ready for a new bed.

Bensons beds Grimsby
We were met by Adrian, who assisted us well in our choice.
He helped us by using the bed machine to determine how firm we liked our mattress, so he was able to point us in the right direction and try mattresses we would like. No pressure, lots of good information about each mattress tried.
We can't give a review on the mattress chosen as we have yet to try sleeping on it for a night

Adrian was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking about and was able to explain to us the differences between different types of mattresses very clearly. He encouraged us to try these multiple times as well to be certain we were choosing one that was exactly what we wanted. He didn’t rush us into just purchasing the most expensive mattress going but made sure we were happy with our choice.

On time and efficient
The person who we bought the bed from covered all of our requirements and explained everything to us including agreeing a delivery day.
Wayne and Lewis who delivered the bed were very polite and efficient and delivered the bed at the agreed delivery time. Would recommend the store and delivery team.
