I went into the Grimsby store to look around after an unsuccessful visit to Dreams.
I was greeted on entry, asked if I knew what I was looking for & to feel free to try out the mattresses & ask for help when I needed it. I chose 2 bedframes & 2 mattresses. Megan was very helpful & I was offered a cup of tea whilst we were sorting out the paperwork. Megan went through everything twice just to make sure everything was correct & I left feeling confident with my choices & very much like a valued customer.

Awesome service all the way through! From buying and picking to getting it delivered, we got top-notch service. Lee at the store was super helpful, and both delivery guys were polite and respectful. I totally love the Otterman divan bed; it's built great and I sleep like a baby on it.

Right Mattress at the Right price and great friendly service.
Excellent advice from Martin about choosing the correct mattress for our needs we were looking at buying an Emma Mattress on line but after trying a Hybrid Mattress in store decided against Hybrid. Martin put us on the sleep pro machine and showed us several models at the bottom middle and top of our budget. Once we settled on a Mattress Martin worked with us to ensure that we got the best price possible and arranged delivery for less than three weeks time. fantastic service never felt pressured and we believe we came away with the right product at the right price.
