Delivery drivers caused a great deal of damage to our property. Ripping an outside light from the wall leaving exposed wires and knocked the corner of our brand new dining room table causing damage. The box containing the king-size bed frame was rested against a 65inch tv that was on a stand.

Excellenty customer service
Customer service in Harlow store was excellent.
We needed a mattress for a spare bedroom and Madison helped us select the best one for our needs at a good price. No pressure to upgrade just understood our needs and gave great service.
We returned to Bensons as we were so pleased with the service we received last year buying a divan and mattress. Very efficient and polite delivery guys too!
