Pressurised sales team in store
Pressurised sales team in store. Found no benefit from buying in store. Thrown lots of numbers to ‘pretend’ I was getting a good deal when in fact it was the same price on line. Felt miss-informed about the purchase of the new mattress. Poor after sales experience from the shop staff.
If I bought again I would only purchase online as you seem to have better service from you contact centre staff who seem more accurately informed.

Really good instore experience - knowledgeable sales person without being pushy and a bed that works out the firmness you want. The delivery information was spot on with a tracking app showing where the delivery vehicle was and a call 30 minutes before arrival.
