Helpful staff. Good choice of beds
The assistant, Madison, was really helpful. If she needed information the other members of staff were there to help. All in all, my parents were able to find what they were looking for.

After having quite a fraught experience with Customer Services (2/06/35) over a delivery date change I decided to contact the Harlow branch to see if they could help me.
I spoke to a lovely young lady called Holly who just by offering to send an email made me feel so much better.
From that I received an email from the young lady (Jess) who I placed the original order with informing me she would try and expedite my delivery date.
Later that day Holly from Harlow phoned to see if I had any update which I thought was very good Customer care.
This morning (03/06/25) a lovely young man from BfB Harlow called Jayden rang to tell me they had manged to get an early delivery .. Yay 👏🏼👏🏼
I'm so impressed with Harlow672 especially the customer care and attention I received from Holly and Jayden ... honestly grateful to them

Such a pleasant experience no pressure to buy. No irritating sales person hovering in the background. Yes a very relaxed thoughtful and experienced sales Lady was present and answered all questions and even wrote out a quotation for us to take away. Of which was very reasonable. So I placed an order. Good service at the Harlow store , the only thing that let it down was the fact they didn’t have the exact bed we wanted to try so we had to gauge it with some advice from the staff ..
Obviously they can’t have every bed in every size ( Bit it would have helped 🤣 )
