Great experience all around
The staff were very friendly, understanding and helpful. They explained what mattresses would be best for my conditions and helped me find out what the best firmness was for me. They explained all my options to pay and advised on the best one. The delivery was quick and easy, the drivers were very friendly and efficient. My mattress has helped to reduce some of my cheonic pain and I’ve started to sleep much better which helps as well. All in all a great experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

Wayne Faye and Dane were exceptional
Wayne Faye and Dane were exceptional. They bent over backwards to help us (including switching mattresses!) and nothing seemed too much bother. I would highly recommend going into the store instead of online if you want that personal service.

iGel NanoTech 3000i Mattress - Purchase
I recently purchased a new mattress from Bensons Hastings store and was really impressed with the customer service received from Faye Wilshire. I had a no pressure sales conversation with Faye and was provided with some options across the range with varying prices and qualities to cater for my needs. These also included a store display item which was reduced in price.
I ended up buying a new item on 10 months interest free payment terms. However after overnight consideration I wanted to swap this for the display mattress that was the same spec. Faye spent time changing the order with no quibbles and was really helpful with care advice. I collected in a van same day and settled invoice in full and the qulaity is suberb. Well done Faye :0)

All good. We went into the shop with an idea of what we wanted based on a mattress that a friend has. They no longer stocked that one, but they showed us the closest one. All the delivery went fine. Everything was fine.

Had a good experience . Given time for a quick browse before being asked if I needed help. The staff were very helpful and searched for other beds that suited my needs. I didn’t purchase the same day as wasn’t sure what we wanted to do. I rang the next day and ordered the bed. Again the member of staff was helpful and made the process quite easy and explained once again everything I needed to know.

Fantastic customer service
This is our second purchase from this shop. This time for guest bed. Wayne was super helpful, very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and their qualities. He gave great advice but was not pushy but has a lovely sense of humour. Went back again with my husband. Had to go back and check final measurements and he wasn’t going to be in the day we were paying but he’d made sure Faye knew all the details and she was super organised and helpful.
Makes one wonder why we buy online, the shopping experience was a pleasure just to meet these lovely people and realise that there is actually still great customer service still, even though somewhat rare!
Look forward to receiving the bed.

We use Bensons beds every time we replace our beds or mattresses. We all find their products to be good quality and the service good. The delivery is always easy and they took the old mattress away to recycle it. Good experience as expected.
