Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Order process was simple. Communicating between ordering and delivery was, if anything, too much. Delivery was well planned and on time. Delivery staff were helpful and careful.

The service I received in store was… absolutely fantastic
The service I received in store was wonderful I was allowed to lay on the mattress for as long as I needed to make sure I was choosing the right one as I have specific needs and making sure I was able to lay on it for a while and feel pain was very important to me.
The delivery of the bed frame and mattress was great. They were very nice and polite and even removed their shoes. They placed the bed nicely in the room so that I was able to put it together easily. I would definitely recommend Bensons for beds. They couldn’t have been more helpful

Lovely staff and atmosphere.
We popped in store after work to enquire on a new mattress.
It was a refreshing change to have a member of staff be helpful.
We tried a few mattresses and different pillows as well.
Staff weren't pushy at all. We felt relaxed and comfortable.
We must have spent over an hour in store chatting about options, making sure we purchased the right items for our needs.

Helpful in the shop, professional during delivery
We went to the Bensons shop in St Leonards on 27th November, looking for a king size mattress which had different firmness on each half. Dayne was very helpful, showed us what was available, was happy for us to try out the beds for as long as we wanted, and did not pressurize us. We ordered during the sale, so got a decent price. The dual mattress was delivered yesterday within the time window previously given. Earlier in the day, we were sent a link to an app which showed where the delivery van was, and which number was being delivered (we were number 10 of 13). About 30 minutes before arrival, the driver phoned me to confirm they were about to arrive. When they arrived, they carefully unloaded the two halves of the mattress, brought them into the bedroom, unwrapped them and put them on the bed. They had taken off their shoes as they came into the house without asking, which was nice. They asked if we wanted them zipped together, but we said no as we need to rotate them regularly for the first few months. They then took the old matress away, as agreed.
