From entering the store to the delivery of my bed, the experience was great. The assistant I store was very knowledgeable, and found me the correct bed for my needs. Everything was examined in detail. I was kept updated on my delivery with regular emails I was called half an hour before the delivery, and the guys that delivered my bed were brilliant. I would recommend Bensons for Beds.

I purchased The Exquisite Headboard and a Staples Ottoman Base from a great range of products.
The quality is superb ! It looks amazing and is very sturdy.
The drivers were fabulous , quick to assemble and respectful in my home (even though it's in the middle of renovation) they took theyre shoes off at the door without being asked and was very professional.
I will certainly buy from here again

Bought a guest bed so haven’t slept on it yet , loads of packaging to dispose of , I had to build it up myself, a bit tricky on your own but was ok in the end , seems sturdy enough .. only time will tell

Good experience
The store person had a lot of knowledge about the mattress and was patient while I went round and tried them. They gave me a quote and didn’t pressure me to buy. The delivery was really smooth. They rang me the day before and the day of so I knew when they were arriving and took my old mattress away from the room it was in, which a lot of companies don’t offee

Great Service from Iby in Keighley
Iby provided my husband & I with great customer service. Once he learned of our situation ( Airbnb hosts looking for two double mattresses) he very knowledgeably guided us in the right direction. He patiently gave us plenty of time to discuss our options and not at any time did he make us feel pressured.
We could have shopped around but we felt comfortable with the package Iby put together for us .
Any time we have contacted the store the rest of the Keighley staff have been most helpful.
We would certainly recommend Iby & his coworkers at Bensons.
Update- our mattresses were delivered today efficiently and on time.

Experience in the shop could not have been better!
However, delivery date was moved twice, once for lack of availability and the second because they had left part of the order in Scotland! Purchased early January, delivery middle March!
The delivery team were polite and efficient, but after they left i found s large mark on the landing wall. This will paint out but I wish they had told me about it. The product is , however, very good.
