This experience relates to a replacement mattress
This experience relates to a replacement mattress to replace a mattress which was not acceptable. The response of the online staff to my complaint was slow but eventually led to a satisfatory outcome. The response from the store staff(Kilmarnock) in dealing with the replacement was excellent as were the staff who delivered the new mattress to my house.

Paul in Kilmarnock store was first class 😊
I visited your Kilmarnock store with my mother who was looking for new wardrobes. Paul our advisor was first class. He greeted us when we arrived, ascertained what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction and left us to have a look around saying if we needed any help to give him a shout and he would catch up with us soon. He was true to his word and was on hand to offer advice when we needed it. His customer service was second to none resulting in a very happy customer (as well as her daughter). The experience was very positive from start to finish.
