The salesperson was very helpful and…there was a lot of choice
The salesperson was very helpful and friendly, however, there was only one person in the whole store. There were a lot of beds available which meant that there was too much to choose from easily. I had a very limited budget and the mattress most suited to me was very much hidden away at the back of the store. Whilst I understand the reason behind this I could imagine people being put off by the huge amount of choice and only 1 member of staff to help.

Lancaster Bensons for beds was a really warm and informative visit. We were taken care of by their manager Carl, he knew every little detail and understood our comfort really well. Highly recommended Morecambe Store
Went into the store on Mellishaw in Morecambe to be greeted by Syd. We looked round and then when we needed assistance Syd came over and explained everything we needed to know about the mattress. On the delivery day he was in store to help again. I can’t express enough how excellent his customer service was. Well done Syd. We haven’t slept on the bed yet but will review when we have.
