Shopped in Lancaster where the Manager Mo had been left in the lurch by his staff and was on his own. He dealt with 3 customers in exemplary fashion keeping those of us waiting in the loop. When it came to the sale he was knowledgeable and helpful and I made a purchase as did the previous 2 customers. Well done Mo!

The service from Syd was brilliant
The service from Syd was brilliant. He knew when to let us browse and when to step in and help without the big sales pitch. He went above and beyond to reassure us our bed would be right and was patient. Only negative is the timescales to get the bed we have ordered delivered.

We were greeted as we arrived with a friendly hello and told to ask if we needed any help. We appreciated the fact this was not a pushy sales method but Mo was available as soon as we had made our choices. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the products we asked about and very friendly. He was very efficient putting our order through and provided us with clear information about what to expect now with our order.
