Very helpful staff who knew what hey had in stock and listened to our needs. Also we enjoyed an interactive experience on the mattress testing machine.

My experience as soon as I entered the store was very positive. I was served by Mark and he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Good range of product, was allowed to try different beds to get a feel of the firmness that suits yourself, was impressed with the salesman's knowledge and helpfulness, obviously the more you pay the better the mattress. settled for a mid range product in our price range. was a little disappointed with the 20 day delivery slot, and the £39 delivery charge on a £500 mattress. Overall purchase experience was good.

Service was good the only comment that do make is that you do not recycle electric beds which does seem odd when do sell them yourself perhaps you can give me an explanation.

Very helpful. Not at all pushy on the sales front. Great service. Established what I wanted and showed me several options to choose from on all concerns - mattresses, bases, castors, colour etc. Explained pros and cons of what I was looking at compared to what I’d said I wanted. Gradually narrowed it down to what I feel will be perfect for me.

We were extremely pleased with our experience at Bensons at Leamington Spa !
We found the sales assistant Richard very knowledgeable and helpful and even though we wasn’t intending to buy a bed that day we were impressed with the offers and help given to make a good choice with no pressure.

We met Richard yesterday while we kicked off our hunt for a new bed. He guided my wife and I thro Benson's large range of beds including the interesting pressure testing setup.
We made our minds up on a complete bed after trying many options and Richard provided a very competitive quote for us, thank you. During the day we visited 2 further suppliers and I'm pleased to say we returned to Bensons and completed the purchase before the end of the day.

Would have been 5 but they charged us £40 delivery charge. Liz who helped us was fantastic

We needed a new mattress. We were approached as soon as we walked in and told them our needs, and he helped us pick out a most suitable mattress. We tested the remote control bed they have which shows different firmness first, then we only looked at slumberland as they help regulate temperature. Then it was just getting the right firmness so I can’t feel my parter move! Spent more than we planned, but it has a long warranty so hopefully it lasts the 8 years it said!
