The management of this store was helpful but if you don't have the time to go in there, don't. The salesman was slow and full of stories which took an awfully long time to simply buy a mattress. The merchandise was nicely laid out but because of the speed and competence of the salesman it was a very disappointing visit. We cancelled our £1500 order within 7 days

The sales floor staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They spent a considerable time going through all the salient features of the mattresses with an elderly couple who had not made a bed purchase for more than 40 years.

Visited the Leamington Spa store on 29/10/23 looking for a new mattress after our last one gave up after 8 years. We was attended to by Stefan a very polite, friendly and knowledgeable young man, we explained what we were looking for and he showed us various options in the different ranges. We decided we liked the igel and he told us to go and spend another 15 mins or so on it to make sure it was what we wanted during that time he bought us up a range of pillows to try as well. After an hour plus instore we purchased a king-size Igel mattress, mattress protector and 3 new pillows all of which was delivered yesterday 07/11/23. Stefan completed the sale explaining everything as he did. Excellent service from start to finish and an excellent first night's sleep on the new mattress thank you Stefan for your help and advice

We walked into Bensons Leamington store and were greeted by Liz. After chatting about our requirements she took us to the test bed, where my wife and I lay down while Liz put the bed through it’s different settings, talking to us throughout the settings and explaining everything clearly. She then took us to try several mattresses that were appropriate and the most comfortable one was identified by us and chosen with bed base and headboard. It couldn’t have been easier, thanks to Liz.

A very helpful young salesman, who judged our requirements and came up with a sensible and realistic package.

The sales assistant was helpful and informative without being pushy. She was also helpful in getting earlier delivery dates to suit our circumstances.

Earlier in the week we had been to John Lewis in High Wycombe. Spent a good 30 minutes of so trying their mattresses and reading labels but nobody came to talk to us until we had to leave . Neither did we see anyone talking to a couple who had been there before. Bensons greeted us , talked to us and listened to us. These are big ticket items, long term decisions. Personal; advice is essential. Thank you
