Very pleased with our new mattress, but the sales assistant came across very “cold” and a little miserable. We were only shown high end mattresses so we had nothing to compare against.

I like bed that i chose and everything was explained well too, from product, finance to delivery.
Really happy with the product and service.

We came in not expecting to find a mattress we would buy, as we had received a very good offer from an independent bed/mattress company in Loughborough. We spoke to Martin and explained our situation, and he was so helpful! He went away and came back with several really competitive options for us, and one was exactly right for us, and we were persuaded to accept his offer!

I then left my sunglasses behind in the store, and Martin rang me on my contact details and met me at the front door when he saw me coming back. Looking forward to receiving our mattress!

Advice and help in the store was very good.
Delivery was arranged and then I had to put it back a couple of weeks, your call centre changed everything for me and we're very polite and accommodating.
The delivery crew were very prompt , communication was good and they put the bed up with great efficiency.

Everything went according to plan and I was very happy with the whole process. The service in the shop and by the guys that did the installation was friendly and efficient. The bed is comfortable and looks good in the room.

We knew vaguely what type of mattress we wanted. The sales lady was very helpful and patient, showing us different mattresses before we decided. Then showed various divan based and headboards. We ordered what we wanted and she gave a delivery date. The delivery came on time and the men were very good, even removing their shoes because of the heavy rain. All in all a very satisfactory experience. Thank you everyone.

Excellent service in store and a really good delivery experience. Everyone we dealt with was really helpful. We have had the mattress 6 days now and it is very comfortable. It seems to have been a really good purchase.

The range of mattresses in the store was excellent. We were able to choose a mattress that was the equivalent of the one that we had bought some time ago. The advice from the salesman (Ram) was detailed. The delivery times that were quoted were very acceptable and adhered to scrupulously. On the day of delivery we were given a two hour slot and the drivers (Paul and Ian) contacted us 30 minutes before delivery to keep us up-to-date with their progress. We could not have asked for a better service from start to finish.
