All good in the end
When the bed was up for delivery they told me it had a defect but because it near to Christmas they would still deliver it so we had a bed to sleep on and replace after Christmas 👍🏻but when the new replacement came it was the wrong side so had to wait for a another one but we got there eventually.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, welcoming smiles, and the team went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect bed & mattress. On the whole very helpful but did I detect a hint of prejudice in the manager's attitude. In the end we bought a satisfactory bed.

first time we’ve used benson’s for beds
This is the first time we’ve used Benson’s for beds and I must say it was a very good experience. Mick was very knowledgeable and guided us through a lot of different beds until ultimately we had a choice of two with no influence from himself. We made our decision I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.
