Overall great experience
Overall great experience. I visited the Loughborough branch, they had a good selection and were very helpfull and not at all pushy.
The mattress I selected was made to order and delivered within two weeks. The delivery guys were nice, friendly and put the mattress exactly where I wanted it.

Wasn't impressed with the dirty hand print left on wall
The showroom staff couldn't be more helpful but the delivery guys let them down. I was rung up at 6.30am which I think is a bit early. The delivery was 7am. However, this is not the delivery guys fault. What I didn't like was the big dirty hand print left in my white, newly decorated wall. I tried to wash it off but I can still just see it. Maybe it will disappear in time but I wasn't impressed with that.

Bed Guard was added to our invoice…
Bed Guard was added to our invoice without me seeing it or the product being discussed with us. I noticed that evening and canceled next day. I had to visit the store and sit through various rigmarole for about an hour to actually get a refund back on my card. Bed not delivered yet so can’t comment on that.

Remote controlled Ottoman.
I was introduced to a remote controlled Ottoman Bed, fantastic as the storage space is great. Much better than a Bed with 4 drawers.
I would never have even considered buying one before.

Mick the Store Manager was great. Took his time with us patiently and gave us all options to our liking before we could decide. He was courteous enough to give us private space to decide. Ordering process was smooth too

Great store. Great service
Great atmosphere from the moment you enter the show room to the moment you leave. Martin was a great sales man who knew his stuff! He was able to identify what changes had men made to the igel mattresses over the years and what would be best for our needs. Within seconds of walking in we were approached by Martin to ask what the reason for this visit was. After explaining that I was a returning customer who’s 5 year old mattress had developed a fault, he reassured me that the newer models are less likely to develop the same fault and that I could find comfort in my sleep again. Martin then directed me to the range of mattresses I was interested in purchasing, where with each test came a range of knowledge and information on each one. Once the right one was selected, he done as much as possible to ensure it could work with our lifestyle. We left the store feeling better than when we entered and was not really going to purchase, more of a bourse, but we left feeling confident that Martin had our best interests at heart and helped us find the right mattress
