Everything went smoothly, staff friendly and helpful from order to delivery.

I never usually leave reviews but in this case I feel I should as my experience was amazing. It was the first time I had to purchase a mattress on my own so felt a little nervous but when I went to Bensons in Loughborough a lovely man called Martin came up to me and asked if I needed help. I said not at the moment but will ask if I needed it. He respected my wishes and when I was ready to chat about mattresses went back to him. If he had not given me the time to look for myself first i would have walked out of the shop. He explained everything about the mattresses I was interested in so clearly that I understood exactly what he was saying. He really was such a nice man and I would absolutely recommend bensons. Every part of the process including delivery went so smoothly and with professionalism. The mattress is so comfortable and am sleeping so well now. Thank you bensons and thank you Martin.

Both members of staff in store were amazing, Mike helped us with all of our needs and got us exactly what we needed with his knowledge, and the delivery date was so quick! There’s no pushing to buy the most expensive product he makes sure it’s right for you.
They were also brilliant with our daughter who I have I never seen so comfortable with people she’s never met. They made sure she was involved and also safe around the store. 5 star service all round, thank you

All the staff from sales to installers were excellent. They were all courteous and very knowledgeable. The sales staff went to extreme lengths to show what I was buying and made sure it was right for me.

This was the second time we have brought a bed from this company.
The team are always friendly and helpful, especially Martin who we had a good banter with. He was professional and knowledgeable showing us the different types of mattress. Would highly recommended this company.

Mick in store was so knowledgeable and helpful and helped me select the perfect mattress for me.
The Delivery guys were spot on,ringing when nearly there,the tracking app was good. They bought Mattress to the room ,removed packaging and put in place.

Overall a really good experience, just one big thing that needs pointing out.

We paid for removal of the old, and build of the new bed. I said lots of times to the sales agent in the Loughborough store that I was happy to dismantle the old bed and bring it downstairs. He simply replied "that's the delivery teams job, leave it". So I did.

When Jason and Jake arrived, they told me that this was not the case and they were't supposed to dismantle, just remove. To their credit, they went ahead and dismantled the bed. They are a credit to Bensons Beds, thanks chaps!

My question for Bensons Beds is why are shop staff telling us the wrong thing? They are spoiling the otherwise great work you do. Thanks.

Bensons for beds excellent service.
My mum wanted a new mattress and after shopping around. Went to bensons and one of the sales people Mick was really helpful as my mum can be hard work. the delivery fantastic.
She said the delivery guys were great and she was impressed with the service received.

The delivery and installation men )Luke and Ryan) went over and above to ensure the mattress and bed were installed. Was not informed in the showroom that the mattress had no give, therefore it was practically impossible to install in any bedroom not with an extra wide corridor and straight stairway. Very polite and worked to their upmost ability. Thank you

Having purchased a mattress from Bensons for Beds for the first time, I was very pleased with the service and delivery. Everyone we dealt with were courteous and helpful, with regular emails to keep us updated about the progress of the order and delivery too.
As it's a spare room mattress, it hasn't been used regularly yet, so it's difficult to comment further about it.

No high pressure sales, sales people reasonably knowledgeable. Delivery was on time and allowed us to amend the date. The delivery team were efficient and did not damage the bed or the house during the delivery process. Price was reasonable in the Jan sales.
