We knew vaguely what type of mattress we wanted. The sales lady was very helpful and patient, showing us different mattresses before we decided. Then showed various divan based and headboards. We ordered what we wanted and she gave a delivery date. The delivery came on time and the men were very good, even removing their shoes because of the heavy rain. All in all a very satisfactory experience. Thank you everyone.

Customer service was very good Jeanette at the Loughborough branch was very helpful.

It was a very efficient shopping experience and the delivery and set up was quickly done with no mess left.

Excellent service in store and a really good delivery experience. Everyone we dealt with was really helpful. We have had the mattress 6 days now and it is very comfortable. It seems to have been a really good purchase.

The range of mattresses in the store was excellent. We were able to choose a mattress that was the equivalent of the one that we had bought some time ago. The advice from the salesman (Ram) was detailed. The delivery times that were quoted were very acceptable and adhered to scrupulously. On the day of delivery we were given a two hour slot and the drivers (Paul and Ian) contacted us 30 minutes before delivery to keep us up-to-date with their progress. We could not have asked for a better service from start to finish.

We'd been to 2 other bed stores and walked out (not rudely) because of poor salesmanship/choice.
At Bensons we were impressed by the wide choice and skilled salesmanship.
Once we had bought, the process to and including delivery was faultless.
Now it's here, we both find it far better than our previous bed.

The staff at Bensons For Beds are always happy and helpful and make the process of buying a bed/furniture easy. There delivery service is also excellent on past experience.

Fabulous customer service from the Loughborough team not too pushy and really friendly and helpful. My daughter chose her bed/ mattress and came out beaming with a little extra gift the manager gave her!

Mick was great and gave us plenty of time to try out different mattresses. He also found us a bed base with the best storage solution for our room.

Easy to sort delivery and the guys who delivered were polite and worked quickly to get the bed and mattress into place( I think Alan and Aaron).

Our experience with Benson Beds was brilliant from beginning to end There was a lot of choice and Jeanette help with her knowledge giving a lot of help and advice The service team who delivered the bed were kind and helpful and even took their shoes of which was so kind of them they delivered the bed in our choice of room which was so helpful Now we have just got to get used to our new bed which looks really nice thank you Benson 😊

I never usually leave reviews but in this case I feel I should as my experience was amazing. It was the first time I had to purchase a mattress on my own so felt a little nervous but when I went to Bensons in Loughborough a lovely man called Martin came up to me and asked if I needed help. I said not at the moment but will ask if I needed it. He respected my wishes and when I was ready to chat about mattresses went back to him. If he had not given me the time to look for myself first i would have walked out of the shop. He explained everything about the mattresses I was interested in so clearly that I understood exactly what he was saying. He really was such a nice man and I would absolutely recommend bensons. Every part of the process including delivery went so smoothly and with professionalism. The mattress is so comfortable and am sleeping so well now. Thank you bensons and thank you Martin.
