Mick was absolutely brilliant helping me and my partner get a new bed frame and mattress. We got on with him so well and he was so attentive. We have never brought a mattress together before, he explained everything really well and ensured we understood everything that was being and shown told to us and had so much patience with my million questions!

My girlfriend and I had a very positive experience in the Loughborough Store, all thanks to Ram! He was very helpful, professional and not too pushy. We were taken through different options and ultimately landed on a great fit for us. Ram explained everything and we got a great deal.

Initially tried ordering online but was being charged twice for assembly. So went to the store and they couldn’t be more helpful. Even honoured the online discounts. 4 stars instead of 5 due to online issue

A well displayed showroom, a sea of beds to look at and try. The gentleman was welcoming and helpful, giving extensive information relating to each bed we tried, which enabled us to make a positive decision. He gave us all the management details on how to look after the mattress. And all at a fantastic price. We will definitely recommend your showroom.

Welcoming but not overbearing staff who introduced themselves then left us to browse. We discussed what we needed, a double bed for the spare room, and Mick gave enough details to help us choose the right one. He advised on the mattress too and made ordering a doddle. He threw in some extra freebies, so well worth a visit to the store instead of clicking the mouse.
Definitely a much pleasanter experience than the other well-known bed store nearby.

Brilliant customer service, Martin help us out and was very friendly, lovely place and price was brilliant.

Attentive and understanding of our requirements took time to ensure we selected the products which suited our needs.

Plenty of choice, no pressure, great sales team.
But when it came for the bed to be delivered only half the order was available on the agreed delivery date.
Bensons could not give me a date for the balance of the order so I cancelled . I had to go back to the store for a refund

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Martin was useful and not pushy at all, going through all the options. Went back later that day to order and was really happy with the deal I was given, very happy with everything, would highly recommend!

Great deal, staff could not have been more helpful and very quick delivery ( ex display mattress). Also got two pillows, king size duvet and two mattress cleaning agents with the deal.

I explained what my needs were and Martin quickly understood and was able to point me in the right direction to enable me make a choice. He was also able to give advice regarding a previous purchase and whether the guarantee had expired.
