Benson for beds good reliable service was good furniture is very well made no complaints. True to size accommodating staff are brilliant always ready to help. Everything about this company is good. No complaints. Highly recommend.

The staff that assisted us in the shop was knowledgeable and spent time with us to understand our needs. Managing the order and paying through the portal was very easy and straightforward. The delivery team was also great, careful and professional.Very satisfied.

Bought a mattress from the Luton branch recently and had a really good experience! Patrycja was very helpful throughout, taking the time to explain the different options and answer all my questions. She was knowledgeable, attentive and made the whole process much easier without being pushy.

The ordering process was smooth and straightforward and Steve was also great, friendly and helpful in making sure everything was sorted properly.

We visited the store looking for a single bed and found one we really liked, so we decided to go ahead with the purchase. The lady who assisted us was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the process. She was the only reason we felt comfortable completing the purchase.
Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were not welcoming at all. We wanted to view the bed from all sides, but when we asked for assistance, we were simply told to “turn on the lights,” and no one was willing to help move the bed so we could inspect it properly. Their customer service and attitude were very disappointing, with rude and uncooperative body language that made us feel unwelcome.
As we urgently needed the single bed, we had no other option but to proceed with the purchase. Otherwise, we would not have bought the bed or recommended this branch to anyone. Apart from the lady who served us, the overall customer service experience was extremely poor.

I had an outstanding experience at Benson’s Luton branch, especially thanks to Stephen, the customer service manager. When I visited the first time, he was incredibly professional and truly customer-centric, guiding me to make the best decision on my first bed purchase and i love my bed. Because of that, I returned on Friday, May 8th, and once again, he exceeded my expectations, i bought another bed and mattress. Stephen is a gem—so knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend Benson’s, and if you visit, ask for Stephen—he’s amazing
