Overall it was good
Overall it was good. We were disappointed that our first choice of 2 single divan beds wouldn't go up the stairs, so we had to send the divans back and wait another 4 weeks for 2 wooden frame bases.

Exceptional customer service at the Luton branch
I popped to the Luton branch at Hatters retail park and Masoom (usually in the Bedford store but covering sickness), assisted me.
I purchased a double ottoman with headboard and mattress and got some great advice from Masoom. His customer service was exceptional.
The following day I phoned up to make another purchase - a King Ottoman with headboard but no mattress. Esha was the phone operative and once again I received exceptional customer service and Esha has arranged for the King bed to be delivered the same day as the double.

You can't put a price on comfort!
When browsing for a new bed we were made to feel completely at ease and Esha Ali was truly amazing.
She was very knowledgeable and never pressured us into anything.
We decided to go ahead with our purchase and having now received our delivery we are just enjoying a good night's sleep.
I have to admit it wasn't our cheapest purchase but I can say it was well worth every penny.
