Really helpful at the Bensons store in Luton
When walking into the store, straight away the assistant manager came up and said hello, then asked if we needed help, we said yes and told her what we were looking for in a mattress. We were shown four types and after choosing the one we felt was best for us we then purchased the mattress, to which the assistant manager helped us. Going through what we needed to do with the mattress and when our delivery date would be. We are now waiting to take delivery next month. From the store front our experience was really good and very helpful.

Excellent experience
Everyone at the store was very helpful. Ordering was easy, the delivery was quicker than we expected and the product was excellent. The delivery guys phoned to confirm arrival time and were very respectful, created very little mess (it was a very rainy day) and delivered everything to the right room. Overall experience was excellent. Would use Bensons again without hesitation.

Good sales experience
Awaiting delivery so this is a partial review of the experience so far and based mainly on experience in store.
We were assisted by Stephen. Showed him which beds we wanted, price range for mattress etc. He suggested a few options. Stephen whizzed through the order, sorted out free delivery too and informed us of the various additional services without any pressure to buy.
All in all a very positive experience thus far and hopefully the beds and mattresses live up to expectations once they arrive.
Luton Store could do with a bit of a refurb/refresh.
