I felt at ease in the shop with no pressure to buy, the two salesmen were very good with advice and guidance and we were allowed to look at all the beds on view at our leisure

There was no pressure at all to buy anything. We were left at our leisure to have a good look around. We bought a bed and mattress and there was again no pressure to buy any extras. Paying was simple and everything was explained like delivery times and dates etc. A pleasant experience.

Really great experience. Went in to buy a new mattress and felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Staff were all really friendly and knowledgeable, offering advice without seeming like they were pestering or hanging around. Loads of mattress options to choose from and try out, more so than a few other stores we'd visited beforehand and really decent prices for high quality comfortable mattresses. Ordering was quick and easy in store.

The staff were knowledgeable and polite. They listened to your requirements showed a number of suitable beds and mattresses then gave you time to decide on the choice. The store offered a good range of products.

No hesitation at all, replacement ordered and new delivery date notified by both text & email. Replacement arrived and the delivery guys made sure it was 100% so big thanks to Andy & Jordan, who were a credit to the company and made sure we were happy before they left
