All throughout the process information…
All throughout the process information was communicated to which was great, Janis and Carlos came to deliver the bed and mattress, they were lovely they put the bed exactly where i wanted and were friendly, will definitely be coming back to buy my bed and mattress here, the customer service is great and to be honest a lot of shops do not give that these days.

Damaged during delivery, no response.
Ordering the bed was great; the process was seamless. However, the mattress was damaged during delivery by the delivery men. I've emailed to say that I'm not happy and what's the follow-up process, I've had no response. Very disappointing considering I've spent £2,500.

Helpful salesman. Didn't have to wait too long for delivery. Good communication throughout.
Just a bit disappointed we didn't shop around as could have bought exactly same mattress for £225 less which is quite a difference!

Excellent service and product
From purchasing to delivery, the service was brilliant! The sales staff in Northampton (sorry I can’t remember his name) was very helpful and really gave us some guidance when choosing the perfect mattress for our needs.
Delivery was great as well. It arrived on time, and the driver Charles and his assistant Chichi were very polite and helpful and they carried the mattress in the room with care.
The mattress we got was great! It was a Sealy Edendale Backcare Extra Firm Mattress and it’s a great help for my back problems.
Overall, excellent service and great product! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
