The service we got from Bensons for…was fantastic
The service we got from Bensons for beds started as soon as we walked in the show room door, the sales man was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our delivery was prompt, the mattress was taken up stairs for us, lots of information about the delivery, with a two hour slot and a phone call to give us a better idea of time. Our mattress is super comfortable. I would definitely recommend them

Incredible all round
Delivery team brought bed upstairs and were very friendly. The bed itself is amazing! We bought the Aura TV bed and it has the most amazing cinematic surround sound. Highly recommend.

Excellent , no pressure , Eric called 1/2 an hour before the delivery , bed was built , old one was taken away , & new bed & new pillows are so comfy ,
Slept like a log…..woke up in the fireplace , lol

They have customer care
They have customer care, they great and welcome you and take their time with you until you’re satisfied. They don’t attend to 2 or 3 customers at one go. And you can easily approach them with any questions

After changing the bed size(large…
After changing the bed size(large 'admin' fee) delivery took 3 weeks. They sent the wrong headboard. After Emailing them and going back into the shop, they made us feel we were very fortunate they would change it and were also lucky we had a £10 discount on the £40 extra we had to pay for the requested headboard . Then they made us wait another month before receiving it ! Spoke to a nice person on the phone who apologised for the inconvenience. That was the first and only apology we had. Made to feel it was our fault but we did nothing wrong.

We came into bensons and John asked if…
We came into bensons and John asked if he could help . We told him our budget and what we wanted. So John showed us what he's got and never tried doing the sales pitch on us. And John just came over when we called him. And sorted out what we needed 10/10 for John.

New mattress
From choosing a new mattress to pre delivery process and finally delivery.
Benson are 100% on the ball.
Second time we have used Bensons with several years between purchases the service level is consistent.

Great service from start to delivery
Great service from Paul in the shop who was very helpful and also the Terry & Nigel who delivered the mattress.
