A good shopping experience
A good shopping experience. The store representative was very helpful and attentive. He answered all our questions and showed us all we wanted to see in store, online and brochures. When buying we were made to feel comfortable and given all the details on delivery and dates. It was all so easy and uncomplicated, mainly due to the store representative who had a pleasant manner, courteous and helpful in order to meet our requirements. A pleasurable experience - 5 stars

Good shopping experience
I was greeted soon after entering the store and was able to test a variety of mattresses and the salesperson helped me make my choice by giving me all the information and advice I needed.

A cookie cutter experience! Professional and Patient.
My partner is overweight and so we went to Bensons for Beds to get an orthopedic mattress. Our salesperson (shout out to Simon) was incredibly tactful. He took us to the best mattress for plus sized bodies, and then showed us a cheaper one. He didn't mention my partner's weight at all, but spoke about benefits/solutions to issues that they have been experiencing as a fat person. We didn't feel belittled because we were young, we didn't feel shamed because we had different bodies. He walked us through the 0% finance options and was not condescending when I asked additional questions. I understand showing us the more expensive mattress is a trained technique, but overall the experience was made great because of how non judgemental and explanatory it was. Our mattress arrives in 4 days, so we are excited to this new era of sleep!!

Delivering excellent customer service.
This company constantly delivered excellent service through the people who have been well trained and keen to deliver excellent customer services. Steven & Graham who delivered the mattress were highly skilled in how to move heavy bedding into the bedroom, getting this upstairs and avoiding glass ballastrades, radiators and mirrors, was tricky but appreciated their care during the delivery. Overall Bensons have been a very reliable company to deal with.

Very good service
Very good service, friendly and polite. My only nag is that during my previous visit two weeks prior, I was informed the sale and offers discussed would end on Tuesday (2 days later), however I found this to be incorrect as the sale and offer was still on. I really do not appreciate false information.
