We visited 3 bed retailers in one afternoon and Bensons was far and away the nicest experience. We were very shown exactly what we were looking for and at a much better price than offered elsewhere. The only let downs were the automatic addition of £100 insurance by the salesman which he didn’t ask if we wanted but that’s probably standard practice and getting my contact details wrong even though I gave them 3 times. Overall we are very happy with the transaction, let’s hope the bed proves to be good quality and last for many years.

From the second I walked in to the shop I was impressed with the quality and layout. The prices were ok too. The fella that served me in Northampton branch had been there years a knew his product range extremely well. I bought a fantastic bed and firm mattress which arrived in a few weeks as they are made after the order…who knew. Great delivery driver thanks Robertas and Jack who carried it all upstairs. I assembled the bed in about 20 minutes.It’s a solid quality product thanks Bensons

Knowledgeable sales person who was helpful without being pushy. Delivery expected within very reasonable time, just over two weeks. Benson's recycling service for old mattress worth paying for knowing it won't go to landfill.

The gentleman that served us on 30th August 2023 was so helpful and let me try as many beds as I wanted to without being pushy at all. He was very informative regarding my needs and I never felt rushed in any way. Really lovely man. Thank you very much for your service.

Ordered a bed base. Nothing extraordinary just a basic one. Received FOUR delivery dates still with no base arriving. The attitude of the staff was one of casual dismissal. In the end we got our money back. Will not recommend this company to anyone!!

He need’s training in building rapport and went from being disinterested to pushy - halfway through he dealt with another couples complaint and I had to return later to complete purchase
