Excellent choice- great selection
Excellent choice- good selection, price ranges from budget to luxury. We looked at them all. A lovely lady Lynette helped us, but didn’t crowd us. Lynette was knowledgeable, explaining differences, asked had we considered restrictions, opening doors, bed side cabinets etc. measured everything for us. And when we left without purchasing, was as friendly as when we arrived. We went back the next day and purchased from her! Well done Bensons more sales people like Lynette required.

After Sale Customer Services and Faulty Product
This is my second review about the Mattress I bought from Bensons. Initially I suffered a lot because of delivery issues and after third time rescheduling, I received my mattress.
Now, the mattress I ordered that was extra firm and what I received is quite soft as compare to what we experienced in the store. Again the customer services are not up to standard. I called them multiple times and each time they refused to accept that the product sent is wrong.
They requested me to send video evidence, pictures and also visit the store to check the mattress I ordered and compare it with what I received. I visited their store twice and even one of the staff there acknowledged that the mattress which I received is not extra firm when I showed him the video of the mattress which I received.
I sent videos, pictures and my feedback after cross checking the same mattress in store. they took time and replied me that their is no issue with the mattress which is really pathetic.
They gave me 3 options, change the mattress and pay 10% fee, return it and pay 20% of the fee or ask and independent inspector to come and visit the mattress and pay his visit fee as well if his reply is in the favor of Bensons.
They don't care about the customers and just want to take money and rob customers. They knew that I already faced issues in getting this mattress due to their delivery team negligence and now instead of sending someone to check the mattress they are asking me to pay more.
I am really disappointed and repenting that why I chose them. I am just trapped and have no options. Either I have to pay 10-20% extra to get new mattress or otherwise they don't care at all.
Again I will suggest the readers to avoid this company because they scammed you and will never sort out any issue if you will have any.

Nice people perfect products
I popped in late on Sunday afternoon on the off chance and happened to find the perfect mattress.
The machine said I needed a firm mattress and that helped a great deal in making my decision.
Great help from all the team.
The store was quiet and everyone chipped in.

Mostly good experience
Very pleased with the help we had in-store with our mattress selection.
Less pleased when we got home to find we had been charged for insurance that we said was not required.Printer in store not working on the day so no printout of final bill.
Called the store to question bill,told I could have a refund but had to return mattress kit to store a round trip of 14 miles, so told him to let the bill stand.

Bensons colleague was very helpful. I am about to move house but without date-do-move confirmed. I wanted to take advantage of the 25% discount that finished in a few days time.
