We've bought from Benson for Beds before so it was a no-brainer
We bought a bed from Benson for Beds some 25 years ago so decided to try them for two new adjustable beds. We saw quite a few available at other stores and knew what we were looking for. The Sales Rep was very approachable and answered all our questions. The terms of 0% finance over 30 months was also a feature to consider. I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Service from Great Staff
Max was the best sales rep I've encountered in a while. I didn't know a lot about what mattress I wanted, but after telling him a little about me, he made a recommendation then talked me through what I should look for, how mattresses are constructed etc. He was super patient as I asked loads of questions and tried different bed types, only to finally decide on the one he'd recommended at the very start! 10/10 staff - would highly recommend this store.

Brilliant service and care throughout.
We went to the Botley Road branch in Oxford.
We were tended to by Christelle whom was very very helpful, friendly and helped us from start to finish to buy 3 beds, with mattresses.
After having arrived from poor service just minutes before at Dreams, up the road, the service received at Bensons was brilliant and totally different.
We should receive our beds in a few weeks and everything was explained throughout the buying process.
I’d highly recommend This branch and look forward to buying from here again in the future.

Christelle at the Oxford store provided excellent and friendly service. She was very welcoming and patient and took the the time with me to cover all my options for a new bed and mattress. In the end I bought a lovely divan base and headboard thanks to Christelle's help.

Great experience of buying a bed
The sales staff were very friendly and helpful; text messages kept me informed about my order; the delivery guys called the night before delivery - I was first on their list; phone call half an hour before delivery and then the guys were friendly and prompt. The bed is fabulous, strong and well crafted. Thank you.

Botley branch is fantastic- go there
We popped into the Botley branch with the intention of just having a look. We needed a new bed but I had put it off because I'm disabled and some stores are not understanding. Well Christelle what a breath of fresh air. She was caring and didn't rush us, she even opened the lift door for us. Honestly I wanted to buy the whole store from her. (I did buy a bed actually). It was the best customer service I have seen in years. She's a credit to your company. Well done.
