I live in an old cottage with a narrow staircase so it was quite tricky getting them upstairs.
The guys managed although it was difficult for them.

Staff in the store were very helpful when we wanted to buy a new mattress. They were even able to find details of the mattress that we bought 10 years ago.
The finances were sorted out efficiently as were the dare of delivery etc.
we were kept well informed about the delivery and could track the van. The 2 delivery guys were very good.
