We recently purchased a bed from the Oxford store and the service we received from Christelle was first class. She was informative where she needed to be and helped us through the process to make sure we got the right product for us.
She was also very helpful with distracting our 9 month old as well!

It was raining and the delivery men put covers on their shoes. That pleased me particularly because I’m an old man and a widower trying to look after myself and my home independently but with help from my sons.

Kurtis and delivery guys in Oxford were fantastic!
Kurtis at the store in Oxford was an absolute gem! He was patient while we chose our mattress, explained things clearly when we asked lots of questions, and followed up with us about the delivery to make sure we were all set. Thank you Kurtis — you are a shining example of excellent customer service. The delivery guys were also fantastic — so quick yet careful. They managed small cottage doorways with ease and kindly even took their shoes off before stepping onto carpet

Good but slow
Wide range of bed and mattress combinations. Only thing stopping them being a 5 star is the potential delivery times of up to 12 weeks (this is worst case), so if you need a bed quickly this may not be the best option for you.
