Kurtis was excellent in the showroom. Clearly has a deep knowledge of mattress and was able to discuss in detail everything about mattresses. He sold me my last mattress 8 years ago, my newly purchased mattress and I'll be back for my next when needed. Thank you for making the process simple and personable, Kurtis.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
Overall, my experience was excellent. From the first person I spoke to, right through to the delivery and the advice I received about the build, I genuinely felt like a valued customer. The product itself is great, but what truly makes it stand out are the amazing employees who sell it and deliver it. Fantastic staff all around

First Class Service
Went into the benson for beds store in Oxford retail park just to try out a king size mattress. Ended up buying a whole super king size Bed!
The service and advice provided by Kurtis was first class.

I ordered a new bed in store with the help of a lovely lady whose name I can’t remember (sorry), she was really patient with me and didn’t mind me changing my mind five minutes after placing my order. The delivery drivers Jaris(?) or James(?) and Chichi were great at letting us know in advance when they were coming and assembling our bed. Thank you so much

10/10 customer service!
We popped in at the weekend to the Botley Road store in Oxford to get a new mattress (it was a bonus that they had an offer on of 25% off). A member of staff called Kurtis approached us and welcomed us. He was brilliant - very friendly and very knowledgeable! He wasn't a typical 'pushy salesman' at all and gave us time and space on our own to look around. We went ahead with our purchase and this was all down to Kurtis for being so helpful and just a genuinely nice guy!

Great service from Kurtis in the Botley Store
We have purchased several beds from Bensons for Beds, and especially because of Kurtis (the Manager of the Botley, Oxford, store). Kurtis epitomises the word 'service'. He talked with us for ages to make sure we got exactly what we needed. No pressure to buy, just advice, and an objective view, so we could consider everything properly. We settled on a Super King TV Bed, with a good quality 6000 spring mattress. Nothings throughout the experience was bad, only a pleasure to be treated with respect, professionalism, and friendliness. Kurtis ran us through every item on the order, explained in great detail about the - Manage My Order, facility. Which was a great help so we can monitor the delivery schedule. We choose Bensons for Beds because of the service, then the quality of the products we have previously, and the recent purchase. Thank you Kurtis for your excellent help.
