I visited your branch on the Botley Road in Oxford and was given fantastic advice by staff member Max. He had superb knowledge and was able to give me great advice.
My delivery was perfect; within the time stated, with great communication and the delivery staff we happy to assist with taking the mattresses upstairs. 10/10 for service and customer care.

Amazing deal on king size mattresses and customer service from Christelle at Benson's at Botley Road, Oxford
Christelle was amazing at explaining the different types of mattresses available on the showroom floor. She was very knowledgeable and answered our questions thoroughly and got us an amazing deal on our mattresses! Christelle really looked after us and got us the best deal for our bedding situation and needs for our home. Highly recommend Christelle and Benson's for future bedding furniture solutions. The store was very clean and we felt comfortable lying down and trying out the mattresses. Didn't feel disgusting to lie on them as we have seen in other stores that don't take care of their showrooms. Benson's policy for flexible delivery dates is great for moving house. The Benson mattress care plan that covers outside the manufacturer warranty is a must have. Overall, we can't say enough good things about Christelle and Benson's on Botley Road, Oxford!!!

Great support and a supportive mattress too!
we had a very good experience visiting Bensons for a new mattress on Sunday May 4th. With a newly diagnosed arthritic hip a new more supportive yet comfortable mattress was needed! A charming chap-Kurtis- with great knowledge and sensible and helpful but not pushy advice steered us in the right direction and made the whole trip easy and pain free- unlike the hip! Many thanks- looking forward to a better nights sleep!
