Gentleman (Kurtis was his name I think, I came in to store on Monday 14th April) who served me was very friendly and helpful. I work in a retail job and I appreciate when people are authentic and genuine. He even gave me a plastic bag as my shopping bag had split! Very happy with the service.

I don’t think I will ever think of a better place than Oxford Bensons For Beds branch. This is my second time experiencing and purchasing a bed from them. Christelle helped me to choose the right mattress for me and the right frame that I was looking for. It ticked all the boxes for what I want. She was very clear and wasn’t pushy. The salesman in Oxford gave us the exact info that we needed, without being in our face or to pushy. We had a very good experience and we returned on the same afternoon to buy our bed.

We had an excellent experience everything was explained to us in detail why one mattress was better for us and we went back a few weeks later and ordered a divan bed set.Both sales staff went above and beyond being so helpful.

The choice available to try in store was outstanding with matching customer service, followed up with comprehensive descriptions online in the easy to navigate webstore allowed me to make an informed decision on which mattress to go for.

The assembly charges where reasonable, but I do feel the takeaway and recycling charges where a bit of a touch. I would like to feel these charges where cost neutral to support good environmental choices. Or maybe have a link to a video of your recycling process to validate the charge.
