Great sales team. Couldn't fault them.
Ryan served us and although he was very new to the job he was polite and answered all of our questions. If he couldn't answer anything he would find a more experienced member of staff who could provide the information we needed. We were provided all the information about delivery and given an envelope with all the information we needed, along with the store telephone number if we had any further question.

Excellent service at Peterborough store
At the store in Peterborough, Jim helped us choose a single mattress. He was knowledge, polite and left us then to choose without any pressure. The whole experience was excellent.

Good service from members of staff
Good service from a member of staff who really knew his mattresses! I'm afraid once I'd tried the one we opted for, nothing else measured up. Jim did call me back to let me know there was an additional promotion over the weekend so an extra 10 % off. Can't give full marks yet though as we haven't reached the delivery date.
Jim's colleague David was also very helpful.
