Jim offered us help as soon as we entered the store, gave us time to look around then began to make recommendations based on what we needed what we liked etc. He took the time to sit with us and go through finance options, deposits and helped us get the best deal. Thanks Jim, you were super helpful!

Took my mother to get a new bed,she knew what she would like but hard of hearing,Sarah was patient,explained everything clearly and made the effort to advise my mum what would best suit her requirements.

David was very helpful and guided us to the mattresses that we requested.
Delivery date confirmed and times given and call half an hour before arrival, Egbert and Justin were friendly and considerate when delivery to bedroom. Definite 10 for them.

Your sales representative was able to answer all my questions so that I think I've bought the bed that I want. The real test will be after the bed is delivered and I can test it.

Knew pretty much what I wanted from Benson's informative website. Visited store to confirm choice. Very pleasant & helpful staff member Sarah discussed options but also knew when to let me "do my own thing".

Called in at the Peterborough , brotherhoods branch . Jim was very helpful , great selection of mattresses . Chose an ex display one and got a great deal . Would recommend .
