the gentleman who served us was professional , friendly and gave good advice and information.
There was a good choice of beds and mattresses and the prices and payment terms were reasonable.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that having had the mattress for 5 nights it does not feel as soft as when we tried it out in the shop.

In the Salisbury shop Mike the manager took me all through the firm beds on offer telling me about each one taking time explaining each one in detail.I appreciated that and eventually chose one that suited me. Paperwork done and paid the invoice. He explained all about delivery and told me when. Everything went very smoothly, a good shopping experience with a lot of help and consideration. When delivered the two on the van carefully placed the mattress on my bed, being heavy I could not have done it myself. They then very kindly picked up the old mattress, took it out to my car and places it on the roof bars for me for strapping down. I really appreciated that too. The bed is now very comfortable, just the job. I would recommend Bensons for Beds to anyone as the staff and delivery people were just great.

This was a purchase for a spare room bed. We had an idea of the basic type of bed we wanted and the lower cost we wanted without losing quality. We were welcomed by Darrell, who listened to our requirements and patiently matched us with the perfect product.
The delivery happened as arranged ( apart from a tech issue at our end) and was carried out efficiently.
All in all a really good experience.
