Helpful service and good display
A pleasant setting and good display of beds. Four stars instead of 5 simply because there was only one single bed on display (an adjustable one) and it might have been helpful to have one or two more. Steve was a great help, with plenty of information and useful comment, without being in any way a pushy salesman!

What a guy
Darrell the assistant was very helpful, polite and courteous. It must be quite hard to get enthusiastic about beds but this bloke was positively zealous. We'd definitely buy from him again, assuming he hasn't been promoted to managing director by then (which he ought to be).

Enjoyable experience
We visited the store on a quiet day. Steve was immediately welcoming and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses (which is what we intended to buy) and found our original order from ten years previously in a completely different town! So he could advise us which to go for. He then left us to take our time in choosing one, which we did. At point of sale he did his best to give us all the available discounts. Great service all round.

Originally went to dreams with the intention of purchasing but the sales team member was so pushy into us buying something that we went next door to bensons and the fella in there was excellent and we found a good deal so went with it
