No pushy sales people was able to look round in peace, and they were helpful as and when I needed help/advice

It was great to experience no pressure when entering the store and to be left to browse at my own pace. I don’t really like being hassled before having the opportunity to look around. When I did ask for help, the sales assistant, Christopher, was very helpful. He wasn’t pushy about making the sale but instead provided the facts we needed to make an informed decision. I would definitely recommend the Sheffield Drakehouse branch.

Knew I needed a new mattress but was unsure of what would benefit me the best. A very pleasant experience. I walked into the store and wasn't pounced on, which made a refreshing change. Sat on a few mattresses before a lady called Catherine walked over and asked if I needed any help. Explained my situation and she offered the mattress test. Which was the most informative experience I have encountered. It does seem a strange thing to do but when you get offered it, take it!
She guided me towards the mattresses that would benefit me the best. I was dubious as they really are quite expensive. I even went off to try a few other shops but came back and spoke with Catherine again. There were two that were both suitable but she left me to lay on them both for a good 15 minutes on each before I made up my mind. Catherine explained what I needed to do in way of maintenance and care of my mattress so that it keeps on benefiting me for years to come.
I'm now eagerly awaiting my delivery. Absolutely outstanding service!

Great experience at Bensons for beds. Judith did a great job of looking after us and was very knowledgeable about the products. Thiscwas our 2nd visit and we had impeccable service on both occasions. Purchased a full new bed set. Very happy can't wait for it to arrive. Thank you

Kate in Drakehouse retail park, Crystal peaks Sheffield was amazing- I explained that although I’m 25 I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and I think my mattress was too firm. Kate explained about different mattresses and used her own experience to help me and she was really friendly and a lovely lady which made me feel more comfortable. I’m very grateful to her for her help and I’ve ordered my mattress that Kate helped me to find. Thank you.

I am very disappointed, we ordered the bed over two months ago and were promised that it would be delivered before Christmas.

Come to the day of delivery and we are tracking the order and advised of the time it will arrive and half an hour prior to delivery it gets cancelled and we are told that they forgot to load the bed onto the truck and that ir would be delivered in January now.

This is extremely inconvenient as I had to take a day off of work to be here and also now have to cancel plans for relatives who were planning to visit for Christmas.

Lesson learnt, I'll buy from a local company next time.

The service was excellent the assistant very knowledgeable and helped us decide on the correct mattress. Her mannerisms and service was very calming and assuring. Very satisfied so far.

The staff are very friendly & extremely knowledgeable. There's no 'Pressure-Selling', or people following you around like a shadow. I found that my experience buying a Divan Base, Mattress & Headboard, a treat - especially when I knew that the advice offered was what I asked for. The decision making is the customers choice, the mattress comfort is aided by the staff & technology, along with the staff been knowledgeable enough to understand the technology results.

The sales assistant was fantastic, very knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. Worked with me to understand our requirements and took time to help select the right mattress

Brilliant delivery team, good product. I would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the Crystal Peaks Store telling me that I didn't love my son enough for not buying him a mattress that cost 3K. I would of bought him that one if he needed it or thought it was the one for him. He didn't actually like that one. Buy on-line, avoid the Crystal Peaks/ Drakehouse store in Sheffield.

Went to purchase a double divan base. Knew which one I wanted. The lovely sales woman was very helpful and friendly. No pushy sales either which is what you want.

The welcome and attention to what I wanted was excellent. Michael was great. He listened.
